Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of NomiDay.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. Keep account and invitation codes secure, provide accurate information and use family-circle access only with appropriate permission.
Permitted use
Use NomiDay for lawful personal and family purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful content or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant NomiDay a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to share it.
Subscriptions and third parties
Paid features, if offered, will be presented before purchase and managed through Apple and RevenueCat. Apple refund and subscription rules apply. Firebase, Apple and RevenueCat services may also be governed by their respective terms.
Important limitations
NomiDay supports family organization and connection. It is not medical advice, medical monitoring or an emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent safety decisions. Features may change or be unavailable.
Termination
You may stop using NomiDay and request account deletion. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks or legal requirements, with notice when reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated. Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
