This policy explains how NomiDay handles information.

Information we collect
Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple; memories and routines you choose to store; family-circle membership and permissions; optional location when you enable a location feature; purchase and subscription status from RevenueCat; and limited device, diagnostic and security information.
How we use information
To provide synchronization and family sharing, operate features, protect accounts, respond to support requests, process subscription status and improve reliability. Website analytics is collected only after consent.
Services and sharing
NomiDay uses Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, databases and server functions; Sign in with Apple for authentication; RevenueCat for subscription management; and Google Analytics for consented website measurement. Providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal information. Family content is shared only through features and permissions you choose.
Location
Location access is optional and requested only for a feature that needs it. You can change permission in device settings. NomiDay is not continuous medical or emergency monitoring.
Retention, deletion and export
We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect security. You may request access, correction, export or deletion at support@nomiday.app. Some backups and legally required records may remain for a limited period.
Your choices and California rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to limit certain uses. California residents may exercise applicable privacy rights without discriminatory treatment by contacting us. We will verify requests as required.
Children and security
NomiDay is intended for use by adults managing their own accounts and family circles. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
