Email support@nomiday.app for account access, family-circle invitations, privacy requests, subscription questions or technical issues. Include a concise description and device type, but never send passwords or sensitive health information.
Account and privacy requests
For access, correction, export or deletion, email from the address connected to your account when possible. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
Subscriptions
Apple manages App Store billing. Use your Apple ID subscription settings to view or cancel a subscription. Contact us if NomiDay does not reflect your current entitlement.
Safety
NomiDay is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response expectations
We aim to review requests promptly, but no specific response time is guaranteed. Legal and privacy requests are handled within applicable statutory periods.
