Email support@nomiday.app for account access, family invitations, privacy requests, subscriptions, or technical issues. Never send passwords, invitation codes, medical details, or sensitive family content.
Account and privacy requests
Signed-in users can request account deletion from Account without a subscription or completed onboarding. A shared-circle owner must transfer ownership before deletion while other members remain. Available data export tools are in Settings; contact us if you cannot access them. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription: manage it separately in Apple subscription settings. If automatic Apple access removal is unavailable, the app explains how to remove it manually after deletion.
Subscriptions
Apple manages App Store billing. Use Apple ID subscription settings to view or cancel a subscription.
Safety
NomiDay is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response expectations
Requests are handled within applicable legal periods. NomiDay does not promise 24/7 support or emergency response.
